This Means What? No Bread?

The WW Formula
I am one of those people who if you saw me you would hate me if I mentioned that I have a weight problem. I am relatively thin, but it is more of a thin marshmallow. I worry about my weight because I know that I am unhealthy and worse, I have very unhealthy eating habits.
You see, as much as I love all things food (cookbooks, recipes, cooking) I really have a love/hate relationship with it. I am also a carb addict. Not so much because I must.have.carbs., but more because they are quick and easy and I put off eating until it is a must and then the quickest thing to eat is something with flour.
I’ve been thinking about this week’s Menu Plan with a new eye. I know I have to start eating better. The past two weeks have convinced me of that, I cannot maintain the level of busyness that I have been doing and continue to eat poorly. It is literally kicking my butt.
My husband, who lost 100 pounds on WW a few years ago is also ready to remove the extra weight that has started to creep back up. Plus the children, Sister is definitely an eater and I am beginning to worry about her weight (she weighs more than me) and Brother, I am very concerned because in all honesty he still has that sugar addiction that I remember writing about before. It is getting worse not better and now he is hardly eating anything healthy, because he knows I will give in and at least give him cereal before bed.
So, if you have any good - healthy - meal ideas, let me know.
